Every day I will meet you after your breakfast (around 10am) and will spend the whole day together until the evening (6pm). We will have 2 professional sessions every day (2 hours in the morning & 3 hours in the afternoon) as well as private time in between sessions.
There are 2 packages available: 3-day/weekend & 1-week retreats.

Evenings are for you. With so much intense work you will need time on your own to integrate and process. And I also need me-time to recharge. Please use this time to journal about your insights as well as enjoy hotel facilities and explore the area.

Private retreats are a deep dive into practices and techniques, designed to help you enjoy the best quality of your intimate life.

Every day we will have 2 professional sessions, which include breath practices, movement, energy work and more.

We will have lunch and plenty of free time together so we can get to know each other better and explore your questions.

Our private sessions will be held at the hotel, in your room.

Our weekend retreats are 5,000 USD and week-long retreats are 10,000 USD (this is regardless if a retreat is booked for an individual or a couple).

The price includes: your accommodation in a luxury hotel or resort, pick up and drop off at the airport, breakfast & lunch, private sessions.

Not included: airfare & dinners.

It is good to take time to tune into your intention for our work: What do you want to focus on? Which patterns do you want to change? What do you want to heal?

It is highly recommended that you take time off work for these few days. You will get the most benefits from the retreat if you can be fully present with the work we will be doing, and make the most of your free time to rest, recharge and integrate.

Prepare for the retreat as you would for any other trip. Make sure to bring your medication and supplements and that you have travel insurance

Specifically for our work, please bring a journal and comfy clothes for the sessions (shorts and T-shirt are perfect).

Our private sessions will be held at the hotel, in your room.

The sessions explore sensuality and may bring pleasure or even arousal. There may be heavy breathing, touch and body-to-body contact. We may hug each other, sit in an embrace (yab-yum) or I may touch you to help move your energy. Consent and safety is essential for both of us.
None of this should be confused with the invitation for more. This is a professional session. There is no full nudity and we do not engage in any sexual activities. I honor your boundaries and I ask you to honor mine.
